Effective August 12, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how cleansouls collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you browse the storefront, create an account, save profile details, place an order, or contact us about a purchase.
Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to operate the storefront and fulfill purchases. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, account profile details, saved cart contents, saved products, order history, purchased items, payment status, and messages you send for support.
We do not intentionally collect full payment card numbers in the storefront. Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Stripe may collect payment method details, billing and shipping information, device information, and transaction data under its own privacy practices.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To save your cart, bookmarks, shipping profile, and order information.
- To create Stripe Checkout sessions and verify completed payments.
- To fulfill orders, calculate shipping, send order information, and provide support.
- To prevent fraud, secure the storefront, debug problems, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Checkout, Forms, and Service Providers
We use service providers to run the storefront. Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Stripe processes payments and payment-related transaction data. Netlify may receive order form submissions used for fulfillment records. Render hosts backend services used to create checkout sessions and process Stripe webhook events.

Local Storage and Cookies
The storefront may use browser local storage to remember cart contents, saved products, and order display information on your device. Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, and hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security, authentication, payment processing, analytics, or fraud prevention.
Retention
We keep account, profile, and order information for as long as needed to provide the storefront, fulfill orders, support customers, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to update or delete account/profile information, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your Choices
You can update profile information in your account. You can also contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you withdraw consent for information required to provide checkout, shipping, or account services, some features may no longer work.
Security
We use third-party services designed for secure authentication, payment processing, hosting, and database storage. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and contact us if you believe your account or order information has been accessed without permission.
Children
The storefront is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or place an order if you are not old enough to consent to online purchases in your location.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our storefront, checkout flow, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this page was last materially updated.
